ABOUT TALMEDICA
Founder of Talmedica. Twenty years across drug development, regulatory strategy, and Medical Affairs leadership, now advising the leaders making decisions about how Medical Affairs organizations are built.
THE PATH
Christine began as a pharmacologist and went on to lead clinical development programs in biotech. She then ran her own consultancy for seven years, providing PK/PD modeling and FDA and EMA regulatory writing for CROs and biotech companies.
She moved into Medical Affairs as an MSL and progressed into Field Medical capabilities, strategy, and leadership. Along the way she supported launches, built a Field Medical team ahead of launch, redesigned a field organization toward payer-relevant evidence for a later-to-market biologic, and integrated Commercial input into field training and communication across dermatology and hematology.
That path gives her a view few Medical Affairs advisors have: how decisions made in development and regulatory strategy shape what the field eventually inherits.
WHY TALMEDICA
Christine founded Talmedica in 2022 after seeing the same pattern from inside several organizations: Medical Affairs teams were often built around assumptions that no longer matched the market, and the people closest to the problem rarely had the standing to challenge them.
Talmedica works with biotech and pharma leaders on Medical Affairs strategy, organizational design, and capabilities, through assessments, fractional leadership, and leadership advisory.
She also writes Pharma Signal, a weekly look at what the market is signaling for Medical Affairs, and is a LinkedIn Top Voice.
